Universal habits of High achievers:

According to research, we spend 46% of our day with our habits. It goes to our subconscious and then spontaneously they flow into the routine. So no one can deny the significance of habits. I am here to briefly describe some crucial habits which have been endorsed by numerous successful achievers and plenty of historical literature has marked a sign of approval on them.
1. self-discipline:
Self-discipline is the most significant habit. According to Brain Tracy, self-discipline is basically self-mastery. Your ability to control your own emotions, your appetites, and tendencies.
Self-discipline required delayed gratification, it means that you slaughter your short-term desires and pleasures for the sake of long-term goals. Therefore, persistence and commitment to your goals will lead you to success.
The most proficient way to master this habit is to control your hunger. The more control you have over your appetite, the more adroitly you can accomplish it. Whatever you do, you have the choice. Self-discipline is to choose the right one.
2. Responsibility for your actions:
There are two types of people in the world
Reactive
Proactive
Reactive are those who play blame-game. They have excuses, blames and they contemplate everyone to be the reason for their failure but never stand and scrutinize themselves in the court of their conscience.
Proactive people are an approach to a behavior in which there are no complaints. In every situation, you have two choices and if you choose hope, positivity, gratitude, optimism, and step forward to take actions then you are proactive.
You are the driver of your life.

3. truth and honesty
This world has some universal rules; rules which are the foundation of exquisite life. Truth and honesty are one of them. These are the core values of any high achiever. If you vow to speak truth and remain honest with yourself as well as with others in your life, the first thing you procure is the inner peace of your mind and heart. Moreover, it boosts your self-confidence and you never feel inferiority complex to everyone.
4. Exercise:
Happiness is nothing except a game of hormones. Several studies have endorsed that exercise causes secretion of a hormone; endorphin.
It causes suppression of cortisol which diminishes our stress. If you desire to impart your body with the best gift in the world please, consider exercise top in the list of your gift priority.
5. Generosity:
If you read the successful literature of the history especially eastern literature which is based on hundreds of years, you will find an identical trait in all these personalities which is generosity. Generosity is directly related to happiness. It prevents sabotage your inner peace and bestows you with spiritual power.
In this clamorous and busiest world, spiritual power and inner peace are tremendously needed.
6. Work in a team:
Human is a social animal. No matter whatever they are doing, they always desire to share their feelings, emotions, sufferings, and pleasures. Neither an organization nor an individual can be a high achiever without the assistance and aid of his/her supporters or team.
This is the most consequential skill in the world. If you have the desire to acquire this skill, make your role model who is considered as an expert in synergizing the energy of the people, and followed that role model.
7. Listening:
Stephan Covey writes a habit “seek first to understand, then to be understood” in his book” 7 habits of highly effective people”. He said that listening is the core thing of the people related world most problems
A person must become habitual to listen to the conversation on the other side. When the person completes his part, then tries to paraphrase his talk and then speaks.
8. Purpose of life:
You can become a doctor, engineer, CEO of the company or opt for another righteous profession, make a big house, acquire an expensive car but define your purpose and your purpose must be paramount than these trivial things.
If your purpose is to serve the mankind and to leave this world in a better form then you will accomplish the purpose of life. A purpose of life imparts contentment and tranquility in your life. Greater the purpose of life, higher the stander of life.
9. Compare your today with yesterday
If you want to make your life happy, then never contemplate comparing yourself with others. Whenever you will do it, you will sabotage your inner peace. Always remember that your talents, abilities, parenting, training, exposure to other things and mentality is hell different than others.
We all are the horses of different grounds. So, if you make your life prosperous then always compare your present-day with the yesterday
Prophet MUHAMMAD (S.A.W) once said,
If your today is not better than yesterday, you are a loser. So, always compare you with you.
10. Make your thinking positive:
“if you don’t like something, Change it; If you can’t change it, Change the way you think about it.” Mary Engelbreit
Plethora of literature has been written that how thinking positive can make your life admirable and in-fact optimism does. It declines your stress level and increases the quality of your life.
11. Make plans :
Benjamin Franklin said,
“if you fail to plan, you are planning to fail.” Always make plans and stick to them.
Divide your goals into small chunks and plan daily. Small unnoticeable efforts bring prodigious results. If a person makes plans exquisitely, it will make you efficient and productive. So anything can build in two places, first in a mind, second in the real world according to the map created and the plan is a map.
